Experience a transformative journey of deep relaxation, healing and rejuvenation through our Immersive Sound Bath Meditation event at The Pillar of Light.This is an exclusive event collaboration with Sound Healing accredited practitioner, Christian from Inner-Volution and Hypnotherapist and Retreat Facilitator Amelia from Ikigai Empowerment.
We will guide you through a blissful meditation, using a variety of instruments and techniques to create a harmonious atmosphere. Allow the gentle sounds to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of well-being.
Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, this event offers a unique opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
-Please arrive after 1:15pm, for a 1:30pm start
-Bring your open minded self, a yoga mat, pillow/ blanket optional for extra comfort, water bottle and an eye pillow if you have one.
