About this Event
This December workshop will be a small, nurturing gathering of just six people - an evening to soften, release, and reconnect to yourself as the year comes to a close.
Through guided breathing, sound, and movement, you’ll be supported to open the body, access deeper layers of emotion, and clear energetic and emotional blockages that keep you feeling heavy or disconnected.
If you’re ready for a powerful experience that moves energy, shifts emotion, and reconnects you to the truth beneath the noise, this will be a potent way to complete the year and begin anew.
Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful modality that enables you to clear emotional blockages, reconnect to your intuition, and gain clarity around what it is that really serves you.
Sound & Movement help promote an open, connected breathing pattern. Moving the body especially arms and legs helps shake out old stagnant energy. Expressing with a pure tone (vowel sound) is very helpful in integrating old breath patterns into new open healthy breathing patterns. Sound and movement help activate the breath and integrate emotions.
Journalling helps to bring awareness to what’s been sitting beneath the surface - emotions, thoughts, or situations that you might still be holding onto. Writing helps bring the unconscious into light, giving the breath a clear direction for release.
For the session:
- Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
- Ensure you haven't eaten for one hour before the session

This form of breathwork is a safe yet powerful practice that can bring about strong physical and emotional experiences. It may affect various systems in the body and often creates a wide range of sensations - both subtle and intense.
Please note that this is not the same as gentle breath awareness or pranayama techniques.
