About this Event
Settle in, get quiet, and allow your body to soften. This restorative soundbath is an invitation to rest deeply, to be held by stillness, and to feel like you’ve just awakened from the most nourishing sleep.
We will move slowly through no more than four restorative poses, spending generous time in each shape so your nervous system can unwind. Crystal bowls and soothing sound will wash through the room, helping the mind release and the breath soften.
Bring your thickest pillow or a bolster, a yoga mat, and a warm blanket. Wear something soft and comfortable so your body can fully relax. Once you arrive, there is nothing to figure out and nothing to get right. I will take care of the rest.
Come as you are, and let yourself be supported, cocooned, and gently restored.
Garage parking attached to building. There may be free street parking on the residential streets if you can find it though there is lots of construction along Eastlake Ave right now.
