About this Event

Imagining Digital Futures and Sexual Health

Join us at the Scottish Storytelling Centre on Friday 8 November 2024 from 6-8pm for a thought-provoking zine-making workshop about the intersection of social media, technology, and sexual health. You will explore how digital innovations are shaping sexual wellness and relationships, and envision the possibilities for a healthier and more connected future.

The workshop will include a guided discussion about techology, social media, and sexual health. You will learn how to create a zine and look at some examples. You will then have time to create your own alongside others, and you can share your creations at the end of the workshop. No previous experience required, and all are welcome to attend.

About the Organisers

This workshop is organised by Dr Chase Ledin (University of Edinburgh), Oliver Ellis (Waverley Care) and Kamal Malhotra (independent artist) and funded by the Centre for Biomedicine, Self and Society at the University of Edinburgh.
