Tristan was just broken up with by their long term girlfriend, Dakota, and they aren’t taking it so well. Wallowing in their apartment isolated from everyone, Tristan starts being visited by their ex’s childhood Imaginary Friend, Sunny.

Together, Sunny and Tristan learn what life looks like without the person they loved so much. Helping each other cope with the same person out growing them both.
