Illumination Light Art Festival returns for year 3!
Illumination NYC is New York's premier light art festival. We empower established & emerging artists to create wonderous works of light-based art installations for all New Yorkers to enjoy. Projection mapping, interactive pieces, live performances and so much more await you in lower Manhattan this May.
"Urban Flourish" by Robert Montenegro is our flagship piece that will transform The WTC Oculus into a magical blooming creature for a 10 minute show.
The free festival takes place across two zones this year both at The World Trade Center (WTC) Oculus & Belvedere Plaza, Battery Park City.

Thursday, May 2 @ 8pm-11:00pm ET
Friday, May 3 @ 8pm-11:00pm ET
Saturday, May 4 @ 8pm-11:00pm ET
Appropriate for all ages.
We invite all light lovers to gather and immerse yourselves in the best Illumination yet. Bring your most creative light gear or stop by our Light Shop to get lit and hit the dance floor to join the fun.
When you are done viewing this piece head to Belvedere Plaza, Battery Park City for the second component of the festival!
