Meet Ilan Lev - the creator of the Ilan Lev Method (ILM) — a unique visit in Poland

This is a rare opportunity to learn movement directly from Ilan Lev - the founder of the Ilan Lev Method and experience it at its source. The ILM bodywork and movement practice is recognised internationally alongside approaches such as Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy, and other somatic modalities that revolutionised how we understand movement, regeneration, and the healing intelligence of the body. It is known for its clarity, playfulness, and its ability to unlock mobility supporting not only dancers, movers, and performative artists, but also anyone who wants to live a long, healthy, and vibrant life — and Ilan himself is a living proof of what this method makes possible: a body that remains available, curious, and full of life well into advanced age. Meeting Ilan in person offers a rare chance to experience the method in the way it was originally developed — through his touch, language, and decades of his exploration into the intelligence of movement.

Nimrod Chirurg, who co‑leads this workshop, is a long‑year student of Ilan and a senior practitioner of the method. His depth of experience, precision, and sensitivity make him one of the most respected ILM practitioners teaching today.
