(Stephanie will be away on maternity leave starting May 22nd. Brit will be covering her cave events until she returns in a couple of months. Brit will be holding her own sound bath events on every other Monday starting as soon as Steph returns to cover her Friday events)Brit creates a space for deep calm and quiet renewal, inviting you to fully unwind in the soothing glow of a Himalayan salt cave. Surrounded by gentle air and a serene atmosphere, you’re free to settle in and simply be.
As you relax, she will guide you through a sound bath—soft vibrations and harmonic tones washing over you, easing tension, quieting the mind, and restoring balance. This is your time to pause, reconnect within, and rest in true restoration.
Stephanie leads participants through a gentle meditation experience to assist participants in getting into a relaxed and meditative state, she then bathes the participants in the healing frequencies of her sound bowl sound bath, as she incorporates various frequencies, and many times receives spirit messages from your guides and angels as they come through to assist in igniting the soul spark of attendees.
Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided

NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)
*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
