Be Vulnerable: Share and articulate the specific fears, beliefs, or circumstances that are holding you back.
The Release (The Fire Ritual): You will write these limiting thoughts onto paper. With intention and witnesses, you will place the paper into the cleansing flame, watching the smoke carry away the old narrative.
The Renewal: As the old is released, we will collectively and individually invite in powerful, positive replacements. We will focus on embracing peace, unwavering self-worth, and radiant authenticity.
