Ignite Tuesday - MOVE+Embodied Listening

A slow exploration of the subtle signs from your body.
In a beautiful combination of Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga and Fascial Flow, we will connect deeply with the body and move through gentle stretches and somatic movement - while fine tuning our ability to truly listen.
Embracing and adapting to even the slightest sign of a boundary or longing to go deeper.
A beneficial skill in life as well as in conscious s3xuality and k!nk.
As a bonus, it’s pure honey for body, mind, and soul to turn off the performative mindset and wrap whatever is alive inside you in compassion.
Yin Yoga Flow is an invitation to observe your body through slow stretches and mindful movement - and embrace whatever is alive on the inside.
Expect meditative practices focused on breath and body awareness to ensure solid grounding and a soft landing.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for anyone with a body - who feels like practicing body awareness.
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
For sure! This is not about being the most flexible yogi. Every move can be adjusted to fit your body.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?
This space is designed for self-exploration, and you don’t need a partner.
DRESSCODE
Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in. As it is a slower practice, a pair of warm socks and an extra sweater can be nice.
WHAT TO BRING
A water bottle with a lid. Our floor is covered in foam mats but bring a yoga mat if you prefer to mark up your personal space.

Doors close at 20.00, you cannot arrive after this time.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Hülya Vandborg (she/her)
With a background in sexology and trauma-informed yoga, Hülya is all for an embodied exploration of boundaries and desires. As a communications professional, she’s also a sucker for words and authentic storytelling which rubs off on her classes.
In the past few years, Hülya has guided yoga, co-created tantric events and facilitated workshops on conscious sexuality. She creates a compassionate space with room for everything that’s alive in you.
