IGNITE is KALEO GROUP's human performance and resilience initiative built for women shaped by service (veterans, active duty and first responders) with emphasis on cohesion and alignment. Women who understand that success in one arena does not excuse misalignment in another-how you train, how you lead, how you choose, and how you hold standards across all domains of life.
Every month, we connect, grow, and train through immersive experiences. These are more events. Every gathering is intentional and an update to your Warrior Operating System—IGNITE integrates behavioral intelligence with applied environments where behavior, decision-making, and alignment are tested under pressure.
