Planning to pitch a game this year? Learn the art of making a strong game pitch, with a panel of industry experts and live feedback sessions
About this Event

Learn to pitch like a pro! We've put together a panel of industry experts from publishing and scouting backgrounds, ready to answer your questions about how to deliver the perfect pitch. The event will consist of two parts:

  • Panel with Q&A - A discussion about the secrets of the perfect pitch. Learn about dos and don'ts, common mistakes, and the details that make a really great pitch stand out.
  • Demo Pitches - We'll see several indies from the London area deliver their work-in-progress pitches to our panel, and hear feedback and insights.

Our panel includes:

  • Bobby Wertheim from Kando Factory
  • George Willard from Secret Sauce

If YOU would like to deliver your pitch to our panel and get some feedback, please get in touch via the contact form on the IGDA London website. Pitches should be no more than 7 minutes long and slides must be sent in advance. Please note that slots are limited.
Who are IGDA London?

The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) is the world's largest nonprofit membership organisation serving all individuals who create games. Each chapter around the world is volunteer-led. As the London Chapter, we organise regular accessible events under the IGDA banner, which gives this community an opportunity to unite and flourish. You do not need to be a member of the IGDA to attend most of these events, but we do encourage you to become a card carrying member so you don't miss out on member-only, special events each year and many of the benefits from becoming an IGDA member.

Summarised, our purpose is for members of the IGDA London Chapter to: Belong, Bond and Learn.
