Join us for a hands-on training session for young people and parent/carers to actively participate in NHFT's recruitment processes.
About this Event

The aim of this workshop is to train Young People and Parents/Carers to be part of a recruitment panel within Children & Young People's services at NHFT.

The 1 hour workshop introduces people to NHFT's recruitment process, helping you to become familiar with NHFT job descriptions, explaining the expectations of your role on the panel, how to contribute meaningful interview questions and to avoid unconcious bias when viewing candidates.

This is also open to staff who would like to know more about how Young People and Parent/Carers get involved through coproduction with services.
