Identifying Your AI Opportunities: A Practical Workshop for Leaders
Join us in person for a hands-on workshop designed to help leaders like you spot the right ways to use AI to advance your business.
Your board knows AI matters. Your team knows AI could help. But when someone asks "We've given everyone Copilot, now what do we do?", the conversation stalls
This isn't a technology problem. It's a framework problem.
You need systematic ways to identify opportunities, evaluate their feasibility and prioritise implementation. Without frameworks, every AI proposal feels unique, impossible to assess and too risky to approve.
This workshop gives you five proven frameworks to change that.
What You'll Learn
1. AI Use Case Scout
Identify opportunities systematically across your organisation. Most companies only explore 2-3 categories of AI use cases. Our method helps you find opportunities your competitors haven't considered.
2. AI Ideation Canvas
Evaluate any AI proposal against clear criteria. Assess feasibility, impact and implementation complexity before committing resources. Turn vague ideas into structured business cases.
3. Problem/Solution Matrix
Match AI capabilities to real business problems. Avoid the trap of solutions looking for problems. Prioritise based on problem severity and solution readiness.
4. Responsible AI Framework
Implement AI with appropriate governance. Clear decision-making at each stage. Address ethics, bias, transparency and accountability without creating paralysis. Governance that enables, not blocks.
5. 8 Stages of Good AI Governance
Understand where you are in your governance journey and what comes next. Build capability systematically. Move from exploration to mature, confident implementation.
How It Works
This is a working session, not a lecture.
Bring real challenges from your organisation. We'll teach you the method so you leave with specific next steps, not just theory.
Format:
- Interactive workshop with max 15 senior leaders
- Work on your actual use cases and governance challenges
- Group discussion and peer learning
- Individual framework application
- Q&A throughout
You'll leave with:
- All five frameworks (printed and digital)
- Completed exercises using your organisation's challenges
- Clear action plan for next steps
- Network of peers facing similar challenges
Who This Is For
This workshop is designed for:
- CEOs, COOs, CTOs and strategy directors
- Senior leaders responsible for AI strategy or implementation
- Anyone who needs to evaluate AI proposals and make informed decisions
You'll find this valuable if:
- Your organisation knows AI matters but struggles with "what next?"
- You're tired of theoretical discussions that don't lead to action
- You need frameworks to evaluate proposals from your team or vendors
- You want to govern AI responsibly without blocking innovation
- You're ready to move from strategy documents to implementation
This workshop is not for you if:
- You want technical AI training (we won't be teaching you how to build AI models)
- You're looking for vendor recommendations (you'll learn how to evaluate vendors yourself)
- You expect a lecture (this is hands-on and interactive)
