About this Event
On Feb 8th, Nourishment 🫧 presents Ideas Exchange: Art as resistance: creativity
This is session 5 in our discussion/workshop series exploring youth culture, creativity and communities in London.
In the face of an anti-DEI backlash, renewed austerity, and rising cultural conservatism around the globe, this session explores how creative expressions can offer inclusion, diversity, social impact and collaborative social repair.
This session will encourage participants to respond to story prompt cards as a tool for stimulating critical thinking and generating novel ideas, offering an opportunity to explore individual perspectives on art as resistance.
Spaces are limited. Sessions will be held at V&A East Storehouse at Creative Studio GF04.
Snacks & Refreshments are provided.
This is an inclusive creative community that does not tolerate discrimination, prejudice or any form of harassment.
As part of the Ideas Exchange series of interactive talks, this event will be documented through film, photography and live artist interpretation. If you do not consent - please let us know in advance by emailing [email protected].🫧
