Ice Cream Social – Food Truck Vendor Opportunity

Join Freedom City Church for a high energy Ice Cream Social hosted at the CREC Performing Arts Center in Hartford. This family friendly community event is expected to attract more than 500 attendees for a day focused on connection, celebration, and fun activities for all ages.

We are seeking ice cream trucks and dessert focused vendors to serve as featured food participants during the event. With a large built in audience of families, church members, and community guests, vendors can expect strong daytime foot traffic and high demand for cold treats throughout the event window.

This is an excellent opportunity for quick serve dessert vendors looking to maximize volume in a concentrated service period while increasing visibility within the Hartford community. The event environment will be organized, welcoming, and designed to encourage guest engagement throughout the day.
