In honor of Women’s Health Month, IAW San Diego invites you to an eye-opening conversation exploring the science and lived experience behind women’s health and wellbeing.
Many professional women focus on careers, families, and responsibilities while quietly navigating changes in energy, mood, metabolism, and overall health. Yet many of the factors influencing how women feel in their bodies are rarely discussed openly.
This panel brings together medical expertise and mind–body insight to help women better understand the physiological and emotional influences shaping their wellbeing.
Through science, experience, and conversation, this event creates space for women to gain clarity, ask questions, and walk away with knowledge they can use to support their health.
What You’ll Learn
Understanding Hormonal Health: How hormones influence energy, mood, metabolism, and long-term wellbeing.
The Mind–Body Connection: How emotional health, stress, and lifestyle influence women’s physical experience.
Advocating for Your Health: How to approach conversations with healthcare providers with greater knowledge and confidence.
Who Should Attend
Professional women interested in understanding how their health, vitality, and well-being evolve across different stages of life.
Whether you’re navigating your 30s, 40s, menopause, or beyond, this conversation will provide valuable insights to help you better understand and support your body.
