The International Association for Psychiatric Nurses, in collaboration with Jackson Health System and the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies, will host its 17th Scientific Conference in Miami May 20 through 22, 2026.
This global event will bring together leading mental health experts, researchers, and clinicians to examine the evolution of psychiatric nursing, the role of technology, and innovative approaches shaping the future of care.

Call for Abstract Submissions
Abstract submissions are now open. The deadline to submit is November 17, 2025, and outcome notifications will be sent in January 2026. Abstracts should relate to the conference theme or subthemes, including the evolution of mental health care, technology advances in mental health care, innovation in mental health care and services, mental health systems across the globe, and the future of mental health care.
The conference will be held at the University of Miami, Donna E. Shalala Student Center, 1330 Miller Drive, Coral Gables, FL.
Together, participants will explore solutions, exchange knowledge, and strengthen the path toward mental well-being worldwide.
