Our inclusive flamenco workshop is designed for all abilities. Seated or standing, you’ll explore flamenco’s heartbeat through movement, rhythm, and emotion. Celebrate creativity, connection, and joy in a space where everyone can shine. Everybody will have a body-stretching, hand-clapping, foot-stomping good time. ¡Ole!Facilitated by Eve Costarelli: Dance Without Limits is my special blend of what I am inspired by in motion and in stillness. It is part movement, rhythm, and emotion where participants can explore and experience the joy of movement and freedom of expression within a supportive, creative environment, regardless of experience and/or abilities. This workshop is balanced with exercise and relaxation and participants can be seated or standing. All abilities and levels of experience are welcomed for this one-of-a-kind experience!
