HYROX is demanding on the body. Between the running, sled pushes, lunges, carries, and wall balls, mobility and movement quality can make a huge difference in how you feel and perform on race day.
This guided session is designed to help HYROX athletes prepare their bodies one week before competition. Weโll focus on opening up the areas that take the biggest load during the race, including hips, ankles, hamstrings, shoulders, and the thoracic spine.
During the session youโll learn and practice mobility drills that will help you:
Improve running mechanics
Increase hip and ankle mobility for sled pushes and lunges
Restore shoulder and thoracic mobility for wall balls and carries
Reduce stiffness and tension leading into race week
Whether youโre competing for a personal best or simply want to feel your best on the start line, this session will help you move better, recover faster, and arrive at HYROX feeling prepared and confident.
