About this Event
This HYROX Doubles Simulation is built to mirror the demands of a real HYROX doubles race, with full workout zones and shared running completed on Assault Treads.
To create a true race-flow environment, we’ll have 16 Assault Treads set up and running, allowing teams to seamlessly rotate through their run segments while maintaining intensity, pacing, and communication—just like race day.
