✨ How to make choices that feel aligned with your birth preferences.
✨ Practical tools you can use on the day, whether you’re birthing at home or in hospital.
Your partner will also gain hands-on skills (a lot of the tools I use as a doula!) so they can step into a supportive role rather than just being a witness to your birth.
And because birth is only the beginning, we’ll spend time exploring postpartum care and traditions from around the world, and how they can be brought into your own fourth trimester.
