What Is Hustle for the Muscle?
Hustle to gain muscle with this eight-week transformation challenge. Each week consists of a challenge that will help you achieve better overall health and well-being.
Why Participate?
Cultivate healthy lifestyle habits to build lean muscle mass, burn body fat, and promote weight loss:

Who Can Participate?
- All Hunter employees
- Family members of employees
- Outside Members
Important Dates?
- Registration: January 13th - 31st
- Pre-assessment: January 27th- February 2nd
- Run time: February 3rd – March 30th
- Post assessment: March 31st to April 6th
Are there Incentive Prizes?
Yes!
There will be a prize for each male and female winner of the following categories:
- Greatest change in lean body mass in lbs
- Greatest change in body fat %
- Daily Workouts recorded on Strava. Participants who complete at least 32 activities will be entered into a raffle to win a prize. ***1 point for each activity posted on Strava along with BONUS points for completing the weekly challenge! (Can only earn 1 activity point per day)
- Overall Winner: Participant who logs the most activies and shows the greatest change in body composition To be eligible for this category each participant must complete the pre/post baseline assessment and record activity to qualify for prizes.
Only Hunter employee participants will be eligible to receive the incentive prize.
How Do I Participate in the Hustle for the Muscle Challenge?
Step 1: Register on Eventbrite and fill out the liability form.
Step 2: Download the Strava App and request to join the Hustle for the Muscle club
Step 3: Complete your pre-measurements between January 27th- February 2nd
- For those of you who are onsite or local please make an appointment with the Wellness Center staff to complete your pre-measurements
- For those of you who are remote please print out the pre-assessment measurement form and fill out the form
Step 4: Record four workouts per week on Strava, and complete weekly challenges to earn an EXTRA POINT for the week.
Exercise activity is defined as a minimum of 25 minutes of any of the following: Walking, hiking, running, cycling, rowing, swimming, boxing, soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis, volleyball, jump roping, CrossFit, weightlifting, HIIT, Tabata, power stretching, yoga
