Join us for an immersive exploration of Hungary's remarkable wine and food heritage, where centuries of winemaking tradition meet diverse terroirs and distinctive wines. The evening begins with an introduction about Hungary's position as Europe's most historic wine-producing nations, followed by a fascinating journey through the country's winemaking history - from the well-known Tokaj to Eger.
You will be led through a guided tasting of nine money-can't-buy wines representing Hungary's most celebrated wine regions, including a vertical flight of several aged wines, as well as an Hungarian feast of traditional cuisines.

- Maison aux Pois (from Tokaj)
Maison aux Pois is a young, boutique winery located in Mád, in the heart of Hungary's prestigious Tokaj wine region. Focused on elegance and terroir-driven wines, they produce refined, often oak-aged white wines (like Furmint and Sauvignon Blanc) and sweet Aszú, aiming for a sophisticated Burgundy style.

Eszterbauer Winery is a historic family estate in Szekszárd, Hungary, producing renowned reds like Kadarka, Kékfrankos, and Bikavér since 1746. Known for blending tradition with modern, high-quality winemaking (rebuilt 2004/2019), it is famous for labels dedicated to ancestors and top awards for wines like "Grand" and "Tivald".

St. Andrea Winery, located in Hungary's Eger wine region, is a renowned producer specializing in high-quality, volcanic-soil wines, notably Egri Bikavér (Bull’s Blood) and Egri Csillag. Founded by György Lőrincz, the winery focuses on terroir-driven, elegant reds and whites, including the flagship Merengő and Mária, blending traditional methods with modern expertise.
