HFAS x Worship Sessionz brings together two aligned visions: excellence in the craft and identity rooted in Christ.
Human First. Athlete Second. exists to help athletes pursue their sport without letting it define them.
Worship Sessionz creates space for Gen Z to worship through the art of dance — centered on Christ, connection, and creativity.
This 2–3 hour intensive for dancers ages 12–18 is designed for competitive dancers who love what they do but are learning what it looks like to anchor their identity beyond performance.
Throughout the workshop, dancers will experience:
• Strong technical training
• A worship-based combo
• Christ-centered encouragement
• Intentional moments of connection and reflection
Together, this collaboration creates a space where dancers can grow in skill, deepen their faith, and remember who they are — and whose they are — first.
