Join us on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at the Wayne Perlman and Murry Spear Preservation Center for an engaging lecture with Kim Trent, CEO of the National Preservation Partners Network. Kim will join us to discuss the impacts of Revolving Funds across the country. With her vantage point with NPPN, she engages with a diverse group of organizations and revolving funds with various models, missions, and goals. Having run a Revolving Fund herself, Kim is aware of the trials and tribulations of this type of work. She will bring insight into trends with revolving funds and discuss new models being explored in communities. The Revolving Fund has been Historic Savannah Foundation’s primary tool for community preservation since the beginning of the organization. It is an instrumental program, responsible for the preservation of key places in downtown and across Savannah.
Doors will open at 5:00 pm and the talk will be at 5:30 pm, followed by a wine reception in The Davenport House Museum garden.
