About this Event
The HR & Training Management Conference 2026 brings together HR leaders, Training Managers, business professionals, and industry partners for a practical, inspiring day focused on the future of leadership, workforce development, and team performance.
Hosted at the inspiring Centre for Nature Futures at The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the conference also offers delegates the chance to experience this innovative multi‑purpose education hub set within Heligan’s remarkable 200‑acre historic estate — a unique setting dedicated to sustainability, wellbeing, and connection with the natural world.
