Calling all spooky pups, costumed cats, and furry friends of every kind! Time Out Market and PAWS Animal Shelter invites you to join us for our annual Pet Halloween Costume Contest, a fun-filled day celebrating creativity, community, and of course—our beloved pets.
Dress up your four-legged companions in their best Halloween looks and strut your stuff for a chance to win some paw-some prizes!
