Howard Memorial: Masters Disasters is back by popular demand! Part II will feature new Masters and new Cases (Disasters)! Disaster is a strong word that is often associated with catastrophic events or crisis situations. At the height of an unplanned challenge, a situation may feel like a disaster, but that doesn’t have to be the outcome. While initially challenging, unexpected situations force us to think outside the box, adapt strategies, and overcome obstacles which ultimately leads to growth as clinicians. During this interactive session, three OAGD Masters (AGD Mastership Award holders*) will candidly share their experiences and insights from challenging cases that did not go as planned. Through case studies, you will have the opportunity to witness firsthand how these Masters were able to navigate challenging situations and unplanned outcomes, divert disaster, and ultimately benefit from the experience.
