Bio: Kaitie Roux is the CEO and head coach for RouxFit & Nutrition, an online functional health and weight loss company that helps women get to the bottom of their gut issues, hormone imbalances, and stubborn weight gain. She founded RouxFit in 2020 and has helped hundreds of women get answers, feel confident in their body, and empowered in their career and home life.
