In this four-week meditation series, you will practice the art of connecting to your body and mind. Awareness of thoughts and feelings helps you to:
*Recognize negative and repetitive thought patterns
*Identify habitual behavior
*Process and release emotions safely
*Heal your body
*Be more centered and balanced
*Act deliberately instead of being driven by (your or others’) thoughts and emotions
*Connect with your spiritual source
In other words, to live more consciously.
Living consciously means you no longer react to unseen influences. You will have the benefit of knowing what you are doing and why, giving you more control over your life, as well as enhancing peace and clarity.
This is ideal for all levels whether you're taking your first steps in meditation or you want to deepen your practice.
