Welcome everyone for the workshop - How To Overcome Sadness & Grief according to Buddhist Philosophy
Thursday evening July 23rd, from 7:00pm-8:30pm
The workshop will be facilitated by Lobsang Yeshema, Paramita Centre teacher.
This workshop offers a gentle, Buddhist teaching to understand and overcome sadness and grief. We will learn the technique to deal with our hard emotions as well as how practice meditation can help us heal ourself and develop inner peace.
The workshop is suitable with all people.
