About this Event
What if fear could guide you instead of hold you back?
In this two-hour workshop, How to Live Wide Open, we’ll explore the two types of fear:
• Reptile fear — like stagnant, muddy water, it keeps us stuck in place and riding stagnation.
• Life-giving fear — like a flowing stream, it stretches us, propels us forward, and guides us toward growth and possibility.
Through gentle dialogue and practical tools you can carry home, you’ll learn to:
• Move, breathe, and release tension
• Use visualization, mantra, and meditation for clarity and grounding
• Reframe fear as a guide instead of a barrier
This is an experiential workshop—you’ll leave with a toolbox of practices to release anxiety, reduce stress, and step into life with more flow, openness, and courage.
