About this Event
Strength training doesn’t have to be intimidating or complicated. This session breaks lifting down to the essentials, focusing on simple, effective movement patterns you’ll see in almost every workout. Expect a supportive, low-pressure environment where you can learn, try things out, and build real confidence in the gym.
This event is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their fundamentals. Whether you're brand new or getting back into it, this is a social, skill-building session designed to help you feel more comfortable using weights.
We’ll focus on four key functional movement patterns: squat, hinge, push, and pull. You’ll learn proper technique, how to move safely, and how to adjust each movement to your level. We’ll also cover the basics of structuring a workout, including reps, sets, and how to build a simple routine you can stick with. Expect a mix of demos, guided practice, and hands-on coaching in a small group setting.
