Guided by the soulful music of CASTANEA and the vibrant energy of ecstatic dance with Lauren O’Neill, this experience invites you to open your heart, awaken your spirit, and embrace creative expression.

LAUREN ONEILL
Lauren has been practicing yoga & facilitating mindfulness practices for over fifteen years. She is YTT certified with over 350 CE hours in Yin and Trauma-Informed practices. She is a certified life coach and works with Internal Family Systems Therapy to support her clients. Lauren is a practicing herbalist with trainings in TCM and Ayurveda and uses plant allies and energetics to further support her clients.
DAVID BROWN
Under the alias CASTANEA, Rising Appalachia’s David Brown takes to the stage to remix and combine acoustic and electronic sound. Along with the instruments for which he’s best known – the upright bass and baritone guitar – Brown’s skills cross over to turntables and beat making, through which a lush sound emerges. The name of the project, CASTANEA, points to a tree that is slowly recovering from the brink of extinction in the eastern forests of North America.
NICOLE LINDSTROM
As a ceremonialist for Legacy Cacao, Nicole leads Cacao Ceremonies all over the valley, tapping individuals and groups into the truth of their heart wisdom.
