All proceeds directly support annual operations of the ski area, helping us provide high-quality “community-powered skiing” with free, public access for many winters to come.
What is “Sisu”? Sisu is a Finnish word (prounounced see-soo) that roughly translates to tenacity, determination, grit and perseverance in the face of adversity – qualities that have shaped our nonprofit trail system into the celebrated ski area it is today!
Embrace the spirit of Sisu, go the distance, and give back to the trails you love at Spring Gulch!
Event Highlights:
• Fundraise: Upon registering, you’ll receive a personal fundraising page to share with friends, family, and coworkers. Contributions are quick and easy through your link—no pledge collection needed after the event!
• Ski: Choose from our marked 3.5, 10, 12.5, or 15-kilometer courses and ski as many laps as you can! New this year: a 1k kids loop and games!
• Celebrate: Head to the Thompson Trailhead after skiing for an après-ski feast! Enjoy Fatbelly Burgers (beef and veggie options), delicious sides, treats, and drinks.
Registration:
• Adults: $50 | Seniors: $40 | Youth: $20 | Under 10: Free
• Family pricing: $100 (includes up to two adults and unlimited youth)
• $5 discount for MSNC members!
Registration includes lunch and your choice of a MSNC buff or socks (up to 2 items for families).
Prizes & Silent Auction:
• Prizes awarded for top fundraiser and longest distance skied in adult and youth categories (male and female).
• Bid on local goods, MSNC merch, outdoor gear, and more in our silent auction!
