Bright Moves - a sensory-based dance class for all levels. Ages 16+

Increase fluidity, agility, self-awareness, and strength while gaining tools to awaken your senses and imagination through verbally guided dance explorations. Experience freedom and joy moving in a supportive and playful environment.

By awakening inner sensations using imagery and anatomical cues we learn to move from the inside out, we learn to 'listen to our bodies before we tell them what to do,' we access states of pleasure and freedom in movement previously thought inaccessible.

Bright Moves is an anatomical and sensory approach to dance and body connectivity inspired by Lilly’s training in Gaga dance as well as her 20+ years as a somatic movement facilitator, dancer, Laban/Bartenieff analyst, and certified Feldenkrais Method practitioner.
