Szeretném veletek megosztani annak az egy hónapos kutatásnak az utórezgését, amit Portugáliában csináltunk 6 kontaktos barátommal.
Az egyetlen dolog , amit tudunk, hogy kontakt imprót gyakorolni gyűlünk össze, ez a kutatásunk fókusza. Minden más a teremben derül ki, az, hogy kinek mit jelent a kontakt improvizáció, az érintés, a jelenlét, a kreativitás. Ennek a kutatásnak az elősegítésére fogok ajánlani gyakorlatokat.
Mit nem fogok tanítani?

Tehát ez a műhely neked szól, ha az ismeretlent szeretnéd kutatni együtt és azt, hogy hová tudunk eljutni közösen,egymásra figyelve, erősítve a jelen-létet.
Ár: 15-25 000 forint
Azért adok meg választható összeget mert tisztában vagyok a társadalom anyagi megosztottságával. Ha megteheted kérlek válaszd a magasabb árkategóriát, így azok, akik nem engedhetik ezt meg maguknak, olcsóbban tudnak jönni. Ha az anyagiak gondot jelentenek, kérlek szólj!

Budapesten tanultam a kontakt impróvizációt, tanárképzés program keretében. 4 éve Portugáliában élek, ahol heti rendszerességgel tanítok, jameket tartok, fesztivált szervezek és egy táncstúdió művészeti vezetőjeként dolgozom.

An intensive workshop with Makra Viktória.
What will I teach?
Contact improvisation.
I would like to share with you the aftereffects of a one-month research process I did in Portugal with six contact improvisation friends.
The only thing we know is that we gather to practice contact improvisation — this is the focus of our research. Everything else will unfold in the space: what contact improvisation, touch, presence, and creativity mean to each of us. To support this exploration, I will offer exercises.
What will I NOT teach?
“Contact technique.”
So this workshop is for you if you want to explore the unknown together, and discover where we can arrive collectively—by paying attention to one another and strengthening presence.

About me:
I studied contact improvisation in Budapest as part of a teacher training program. I have been living in Portugal for 4 years, where I teach weekly classes, host jams, organize festivals, and work as the artistic director of a dance studio.
