Join World Wide Technology for Hour of Code!
Hosted by World Wide Technology in Phoenix, AZ, this free event features hands‑on exercises from Code.org. Participants will have the opportunity to complete one‑hour coding and AI basics activities, interact with tech professionals and EMCC students, and explore the exciting fields of cybersecurity, IT, AI development, and more in an engaging environment.
The Hour of Code aims to inspire the next generation of coders and innovators by introducing foundational AI principles such as pattern recognition, data‑driven decision‑making, and algorithmic thinking while giving students the tools and encouragement to explore technology.
The event will include:
- Snacks and beverages
- Free parking
- Giveaways for the participants
Ticket Information:
- Each student requires a ticket; parents and guardians do not need a ticket.
- Parents/Guardians should put in their name, email address, and phone number at the top of the order form.
- Families will receive one confirmation from Eventbrite for all tickets ordered.
- Parents and guardians are asked to stay on site for the duration of the event.
