About this Event
This month’s dinner celebrates the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean diet, thoughtfully curated to support hormone health for both men and women. The evening begins with small plates of freshly prepared bruschetta, followed by a delicious Mediterranean Harvest Chicken Bowl—a nourishing blend of herb-roasted chicken, wholesome grains, and fresh vegetables. We’ll conclude on a naturally sweet note with decadent almond–pecan date truffles for dessert.
While patrons enjoy their three-course meal, they will have the opportunity to sample new products and food, ask questions with a functional medicine Nurse Practitioner, gain insight into health & nutrition, and leave with thoughtfully curated gift bags.
Dress code is casual and comfortable and for those willing to participate we take a short walk around the pond after dinner to continue to connect and learn about wellness.
