Hormone & Skin Supper Club: An Intimate Ayurvedic Gathering for Women

Many women experience hormonal imbalance through their skin, mood, digestion, sleep, and energy levels — yet very few spaces exist where we can talk about it openly.

This Hormones & Skin Brunch Club is a small, intimate backyard gathering designed to bring women together for conversation, nourishment, and community.

Over a light Ayurvedic brunch, we’ll explore the connection between hormones, stress, inflammation, and skin healththrough both modern understanding and Ayurvedic wisdom.

The gathering will include guided discussion, a nourishing hormone-friendly meal, and a simple botanical ritual experience.

This event is intentionally limited to 8 women to keep the space warm, thoughtful, and personal.
