About this Event
Enjoy a 45 minutes of yoga and breathwork at Station 26 Brewing Co . After class grab yourself a $7 BOGO beer from Station 26 Brewing Co. ever changing beer list! First beer is included in your ticket. After Class sit outside on the patio and soak up the sun or in the taproom while making new friends. Food trucks arrive around 12 Noon, just in time to grab yourself lunch.
This is an all levels vinyasa flow class - friendly for beginners, yet engaging enough for the skilled yogi!
Yoga :
Experience a rejuvenating yoga session guided by Teresa Gebhardt of Spiked Spirit Counseling. With six years of teaching experience, Teresa infuses her classes with a blend of movement, enjoyment, and expertise. Alongside her yoga practice, Teresa brings professional insights as an astrologer and licensed counselor.
