Did you know that the creative possibilities are endless when learning to dance with a hoop?
In this one day workshop at the NEW beautiful Aeriform Studio space in Syracuse, professional hoop dancer and instructor Jozette Gordon will introduce you to the joy of hoop dance! Using adult size, handmade hula hoops!
Jozette will demonstrate and guide you through a variety of skills to get an idea of what’s possible with the hoop!
Hooping is a "flow art" that truly helps you tap into a state of flow and personal expression. As a powerful movement practice, it helps to connect the body, mind, and spirit while allowing room for creativity. It is a fun and soothing practice, that has no limits. It can help to strengthen and tone the body, while having a blast!
Come begin to find your flow and have fun with this incredible practice!
Hoops will be provided, or bring your own if you have one. Beginner and Intermediate levels welcome! Sign up in advance to reserve your spot, as SPACE IS LIMITED!
