A day of story, nature connection and honouring the landscape in one of the key settings of the Fourth Branch of the Mabinogi. We’ll explore springtime through guided sensory activities and reflect on our relationship with Blodeuwedd, the woman made of flowers.
Storyteller Fiona Collins and I have collaborated to bring you this special day, where we'll use the story of Blodeuwedd to reflect on our relationship with the wild in ourselves and with the earth. As with many tales from the Mabinogion, this story features unexpected events and what might not necessarily be seen as a happy ending, but it does offer rich material for reflection and learning. We hope you'll want to join us for this peaceful day that will soothe your spirit and give you a break from the hussle of life 💚
Refreshments: Tea & coffee will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch!
Ability level: Minimal walking on unpaved paths and woodland areas. Please contact us if you have limited mobility.
