About this Event
For decades, movement has offered space for healing, while gathering in community has created opportunities to celebrate the contributions of women who have shaped our culture and history.
This 2-hour experience begins with a 45-minute vinyasa flow to build warmth, strength, and connection in the body. From there, we’ll transition into a 45-minute yin practice, slowing down with longer holds to release tension and create space.
After practice, we’ll take time for guided journaling and reflection, offering an opportunity to honor the stories, resilience, and wisdom of the women who came before us, as well as the journeys we’re currently walking.

All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and a journal if you have one.
