Homestead Animal Emergency Preparedness Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, participants will create or update an emergency plan for their family and farm taking into account the unique considerations involved in caring for animals. Participants will develop evacuation and shelter-in-place plans, create a private map of their facility and compile a customized emergency kit and contact list to address the unique needs of each farm. By the end of the session, each participant should have a plan that may be shared and practiced to ensure the best results if a disaster were to occur.

Registrations NOT accepted at the door, even if the class is not sold out. Walk-in's will NOT be admitted.
