The Great Decay: The Science & Magic of Composting

This hands-on workshop will cover the art and science of turning yard waste into nutrient-rich organic matter (compost) and humus (also known as "black gold") for your garden. Participants will learn the fundamentals of composting including how to start a compost pile, the types of structures that can be used, how to monitor and manage your compost pile, and troubleshooting if things go wrong.

Registrations NOT accepted at the door, even if the class is not sold out. Walk-in's will NOT be admitted.
