Heart2Home Ultra is more than a challenge — it is a journey of love, remembrance, and unwavering support.
On June 27th, a small team of 20 committed walkers and 4 incredible runners will set out from Morgan’s home in Gorseinon, taking on a 54-mile pilgrimage through the day and night.
Together, they will arrive at Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice at 5:30am on June 28th — the third anniversary of Morgan’s passing.
This route symbolises the final journey Morgan made earthside, and the path that far too many families must take with their children facing life-limiting conditions. Every step is taken in honour of them — in memory, in solidarity, and in hope.
This is not just a physical challenge. It demands preparation, resilience, and emotional strength. Walkers must be fully committed to training, fundraising and ready to take on both the distance and the meaning behind it.
Applications are now open for walkers. Places are limited to just 20 individuals, carefully selected to ensure a strong, supported team for this deeply personal journey.

Funds raised during this event will be shared between Morgan’s Army and Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice, and a portion of the funds will be used to help further improve the parent’s accommodation at the hospice.
