Join POUND pros Caia, Monica and friends for an exhilarating workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums! This month, we are bringing back some classic Christmas POUND songs, so don't miss it!

IMPORTANT: We are no longer offering a combo beer+class deal. Class is $15 and beer may be purchased separately.
POUND is for all ages, ALL stages. Whether you’re a POUND newbie or a POUND veteran, THIS event is for YOU!
What to bring: Yoga mat, water, canned food items to be donated to local food bank
What to wear: Athletic attire- Dressing the theme is encouraged, but never required!
