🌸 Holi — Festival of Colours & Spring Celebration

Holi—also known as the Festival of Colours—is a traditional spring celebration rooted in Hindu traditions. It marks the arrival of spring and celebrates renewal, joy, and togetherness through colour, playfulness, and shared experience.

At Gordon Neighbourhood House, we’re excited to host an outdoor community celebration that brings this joyful spirit to life through colour, food, and connection.

Our outdoor space will be filled with bright colours, seasonal decorations, and a welcoming, playful atmosphere inspired by Holi traditions. Guests will be invited to take part in gentle colour‑play using non‑toxic powders, enjoy vegetarian food, and connect with neighbours in a relaxed and inclusive setting.

This celebration is open to everyone—whether you’ve celebrated Holi before or are joining us for the first time. Come welcome spring with us through colour, joy, and community connection!

(Program flow may shift slightly depending on weather and group needs.)

Please wear clothes you are comfortable getting colourful/stained, white reccomended.
This is an outdoor event, so we recommend dressing for the weather.

Vegetarian food and refreshments will be served.
Please note: Menu is subject to minor changes based on availability and capacity.

Gordon Neighbourhood House aims to make this outdoor event as accessible as possible.
